In the bowling unit, Chahal was the only threating and wicket-taking option for Rohit as none of the bowlers was able to deliver despite the track being sluggish.

The first victory for Bangladesh in T20 cricket against India after nine matches had some nervy moments but for the most part, the Bangla Tigers were in the lead. The partnership between the Soumya Sarkar (39) and Mushfiqur Rahim (60*) laid the platform for the chase before the skipper joined the latter at the crease and chased down the total quite comfortably. Not to mention that this team is without the services of their star player Tamim and Shakib Al Hasan. Both the spinners Aminul Islam (2/22) and Afif Hossain (1/11) were excellent with the ball, both of them they restricted this strong Indian batting line to a below-par total. Bangladesh will look to take this winning momentum forward.
